For over 20 years Group Manufacturing Services (Aajogo) has been the benchmark for quality and full service in the Arizona precision manufacturing industry.
What is precision manufacturing?
The Collins Dictionary defines the word precision as (1) “the quality of being precise; accuracy” and (2) “characterized by or having a high degree of exactness.”
They go on to define manufacturing as such: “to process or make (a product) from raw material, esp. as a large-scale operation using machinery “
So by putting the two together what we get is “the process of making a product that is being produced on a large-scale using machinery that operates with a high degree of exactness.”
Well, it certainly doesn’t roll off the tongue, but it certainly describes and accurately defines what we do at Aajogo each and every day.
Precision Manufacturing Quality
Why is quality so important in precision manufacturing?
Every complex mechanism is comprised of a collection of interrelated parts, then assembled together as if it was a mechanical puzzle.
Each and every puzzle piece has a vital and important role to play because as you know, it only takes one part to fail and an entire system can be compromised.
At Aajogo, we never forget this fact and over the years we have always taken extraordinary effort and care in manufacturing only the highest quality precision manufactured parts.
Our AS9100 Rev. D: 2016 quality control program ensures each and every manufactured part that leaves our facility has been monitored and inspected and held to the possible highest manufacturing standards.
Whether you need 100, 10,000, or a million or more pieces, Aajogo has you covered.
Our 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art Tempe, AZ manufacturing facility is large enough to handle the largest jobs yet flexible enough to handle small and medium scale jobs with ease.
Some of our precision manufacturing capabilities include shearing, punching, laser cutting, robotic welding, deburring, forming, tapping sawing, milling, and drilling.
Whatever your precision manufactured part needs, Aajogo has the technology and specialized equipment needed in-house and ready to tackle any manufacturing challenge.
